Before your stay at VIVAMAYR begins, we would like to offer some recommendations to make the transition easier and to achieve the best possible health outcomes. Avoid heavy meals in the evening, or skip dinner entirely. Opt for easily digestible foods and avoid raw foods such as salads, fruits, or fruit juices in the evening. Reduce or eliminate alcohol, beans, coffee, black tea, and nicotine. Make sure to drink 2 to 3 liters of water, herbal tea, or still mineral water daily. Schedule short breaks in your daily routine and go to bed earlier in the evening to signal to your body that regeneration is about to begin. With these measures, you will optimally prepare your body for your stay and promote your well-being from the start.
