Guests with a locally confirmed infection will be placed in hotel room quarantine. During the quarantine, we will continue to provide you with our VIVAMAYR Cuisine and maintain ongoing phone contact to support you throughout this time. Unfortunately, our housekeeping staff is not allowed to enter the guest room during the quarantine.
We recommend that all of our guests purchase travel insurance when making their booking.

By choosing one of our medical programs, you are selecting your personal therapeutic focus. During your initial examination with our doctors and through comprehensive diagnostics, we will develop your very own therapy program. The type and number of therapies, the necessity of supplements or medications, as well as any additional lab tests, will be discussed personally with the doctor. The final billing only includes the therapies actually received during your stay (with one of our offered programs as the minimum requirement), medications, and purchased products.
Arrival is possible daily. We recommend arriving on Sunday.
Your initial medical examination will take place the day after your arrival if you arrive between Monday and Friday. For arrivals on Saturdays and Sundays, the examination will take place on Monday.

Check-out: by 12:00 PM
On the arrival and departure days, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included.
We will gladly forward your request to the medical department. If your preferred doctor or therapist is available, your request will be accommodated.
In order to achieve an effective long-term effect, a successful start is necessary. Your body needs time to adjust its metabolism, as the healing power of the VIVAMAYR treatment, with its focus on individualized therapy, begins to unfold after a stay of seven nights.
